Il Leone la strega e l'armadio

Quattro fratelli scoprono una porta di comunicazione
tra la propria realtà e il mondo parallelo di Narnia,
in cui si volge un'epica lotta
tra il bene -Aslan, il leone-
ed il male
-la strega bianca-
che copre Narnia sotto una coltre
permanente di neve e di ghiaccio.

Secondo antiche profezie questa lotta
-per concludersi-
attende che vengano occupati
i tre troni vuoti del castello di Caer Paravel.

L'appoggio di Peter, Lucy ed Edmund si rivelerà
così determinante per la vittoria di Aslan,
alla fine di un percorso
che li vedrà incontrare personaggi come
il fauno Tumnus, Roddy il castoro, Babbo Natale,
o scontrarsi con il Lupo Maugrin e il Nano.
